Was so lazy this week – summary below

Yesterday I tried the Tri route which one hella route. After 40K  I continued cycling to Sungai Akar and going back using the Menteri bypass and saw Bahar of Anakpanyu doing his morning run. I was really hammered by the non-stop mini ‘hills’ towards the end .  Total distance covered was 55.82 km.
