Since the 29th Panaga is confirmed which falls on the 17th of May 2009, I am training for both Phuket Marathon and Panaga. Phuket Marathon will be a month after that.
Now, I am not sure whether to do Sprint distance or Mini Sprint distance. I know I can do the Sprint distance, it’s just that my swimming is still sucks haha and by the way most of my Swim that I did was during lunch time. Woohhoooo so excited!!!!
My activities so far:
30/03 – Monday – 5km run and 500m Swim
31/03 – Tuesday – 500m Swim
1/04 – Wednesday – 5km run and 500m Swim
2/04 – Thursday – 500m Swim
3/04 – Friday – 5km Run
4/04 – Saturday – 21km Cycling and 500m Swim
8/04 – Wednesday – 500m Swim and 2.18km Trail
9/04 – Thursday – 550m Swim
10/04 – Friday – 21km Cycling and 5km Run = Brick Training
11/04 – Saturday – 550m Swim
12/04 – Sunday – Markucing Challenge 2.89km ( we were walking haha)
13/04 – Monday – Brick Training = 21km Cycling and 5km run and 550m Swim
