Full week of work out and loss 1.5kg

Last week is the start of my training and the aim was to re-gain my fitness level. It was a struggle and I am still struggling. Need to find my rhythm. Started my Swim and Cycling too.

I sent my road bike to a bicycle workshop in Serusop for full servicing. It cost me $65 BND and I think it was worth it. Did my first Cycling this year and it butt-hurts. I just need to get use to it again. Last week I did run in the morning, swim during lunch hour and on Friday and Sunday was my cycling workout.

This morning I had my run. My main goal for this week workout is to count on my lose calories rather than distance and today I managed to lose roughly around 650 calories and maybe more later. At the same time I am trying to ‘control’ on what I eat. Since last week my eating habit has change. From full spoon to half spoon of everything. I started to eat some healthy food and drinking a lot of water. Below is the summary of my exercises which include Swimming, Cycling and Running. Enjoy!

    Btw do you have any tips to curb my huge appetite? I am hungry 24/7 and it’s a constant hindrance to my weight loss.

    I know with delicious food in Asia you cant really resist them. Don’t blame yourself. What I always do is try to reduce your food intake. For example Fried Banana , instead of 1 whole fried banana split them into 2. So you have half-fried banana. Make this as a habit. In a long run, you will get use to it and slowly you do not want that fried banana anymore.

    My self, I am struggling to lose weight as well bro, this weight is really dragging my self. What I do, I participate any sport event that I think I can do it and prior to that event I train my self and lose weight.
