One Third Triathelete!

I woke up before 5 a.m to pack up my things up. Waited for Subuh prayer and went to Pantai Serasa straight away to register my self up. Went back to my house at around 6 a.m  and started to load my bike and gear on to my truck.

Monday – Rest
Tuesday – Lazy lazy ride
Wednesday – Rest
Thursday – Running with Z.M
Friday – was supposed to run in the morning but I left my shorts lol and in the afternoon was raining
Saturday – 1 hour of swimming (sucks) with Z.M and International Playboi joined at around 6
