I woke up before 5 a.m to pack up my things up. Waited for Subuh prayer and went to Pantai Serasa straight away to register my self up. Went back to my house at around 6 a.m and started to load my bike and gear on to my truck.
Attended yesterday’s briefing for this Sunday Triathlon. Photos as usual:

Friday – was supposed to run in the morning but I left my shorts lol and in the afternoon was raining

I was sick on Saturday and Sunday because I was running during raining on Friday morning (it rhymes!) lol then in the afternoon I decided to do an easy ride (40k) and suddenly my tire POP!. Called my wife to pick me up and I went straight to Triple Star to change my tube. Cost [...]

It has been raining heavily for the past weeks and last time I did my cycling was 2 weeks ago. I have a 1 week break last week and will continue my cycling today with a goal. My goal is to cycle 40k within sub 1:40 for the team relay triathlon.
